Toni is the President & CEO of The Hospitality House of Tulsa, a faith-based hospital hospitality house providing lodging, meals, prayer support, and transportation assistance to patients and their families who travel at least 30 miles or greater to Tulsa for healthcare.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Information Systems, Toni invested 15 years in hospital administration and finance. She then founded the hospitality house program which now serves over 1,000 families a year for adult and pediatric patient families and caregivers, as well as outpatients from all 14 Tulsa hospitals.
Since opening in 2006, Hospitality House has served over 2,800 families from all 77 counties in Oklahoma as well as 48 other states in the U.S. and 8 foreign countries.
Toni serves as a board member for the Healthcare Hospitality Network which supports over 200 hospital hospitality houses nationwide through education, networking, and certification. She also speaks nationally to groups concerning biblical hospitality, hospitality operations, fundraising, and outcome measurements.
Toni and her team are dedicated to solving Oklahoma’s patient and caregiver lodging problem and significantly reducing families’ out-of-pocket expenses while improving outcomes for hospitals.
Toni and her husband, Clay, of 30 years, are empty-nesters with the recent successful flights of their grown children, Elise and Grant. Toni enjoys writing, playing with her godchildren, and competing nationally in ballroom dancing.
